Housing Stability Program Media Campaign

Lead Producer & Media Strategist
Date
2022
Location
North Carolina
We partnered with the Centre for Homeownership & Economic Development Corporation (CHOEDC) to produce a multi-platform media campaign promoting their Housing Stability Counseling Program, an initiative designed to help renters and homeowners impacted by COVID-19 with financial assistance and housing resources. This project included the development of two video commercials (30-second and 60-second versions) and two radio advertisements, all designed to educate the community and drive program enrollment. The campaign was strategically distributed across television, radio, social media, and digital platforms to maximize outreach.
Radio Spots
**Available upon request**
30-Second Spot (Female Voice)
The female-voiced radio ad presented a compassionate and hopeful message, telling the story of a woman on the verge of losing her home due to COVID-19. The announcer reassured listeners that free housing assistance is available, emphasizing CHOEDC’s role as a HUD-approved counseling agency and directing them to the program’s contact number.
30-Second Spot (Male Voice)
The male-voiced radio spot took a direct, informative approach, providing key program details and reinforcing the urgency of reaching out for assistance. The ad highlighted that both renters and homeowners could access free financial counseling and emergency rental aid, ensuring broad appeal to those in need.
