FOUNDERS LAB — NOW FORMING
Motivation doesn't
save you.
Structure does.
Brand or Bust is the next evolution of Socialotus Media Group, the small studio Bobbiette the Brand has been running since 2010. For years, we’ve been building brands, campaigns, and systems behind the scenes. Now I’m teaching what actually worked.

THE REAL PROBLEM
Your brilliance isn't
the problem. Your systems are.
Brand or Bust exists because I kept seeing the same patterns at Socialotus: great women, great work, no architecture holding it together.
Inconsistent brand
Sometimes your work looks professional. Sometimes it doesn't. You can't scale what you can't systematize.
Expensive advice, no architecture
You've bought the courses. Hired the coaches. But none of it gave you a framework to hold everything together. That's what was missing.
Digital Overwhelm
Say it. The C-word. Files everywhere. No system. Can't find what you need when you need it — so you recreate it from scratch every time. CHAOS. 😮💨
Too many ideas, not enough infrastructure
Brilliant at starting. Hard to finish, scale, or monetize consistently because there's nothing holding it all together.
Motivation gaps
Files everywhere. No system. Can't find what you need when you need it — so you recreate it from scratch every time.
Solo everything
Carrying the full operational weight of the business alone. No systems means no delegation — even when you're ready to bring someone in.
WHO THIS IS FOR
If you see yourself here,
you're in the right place.
If you see yourself here, you’re in the right place. These are the kinds of founders Core 6 and the Brand or Bust ecosystem were built for.

Just starting / Corporate background
NOT THIS
Waiting until you feel ready
Hustle as a personality
Fake it till you make it
Motivation as a strategy
Taking yourself too seriously
I’m not here to sell you more motivation. I’m here to give you the structure I wish I’d had when I started Socialotus.
Sharpened by what I don't believe in.
WHAT THIS ISN'T
THIS, INSTEAD
Build the structure first
Systems as the real flex
Build it till it's real
Architecture as a strategy
Taking the work dead serious, yourself less so
